Hi Jim,
ReplyDeleteWonderful blooms. Is the Bahunia a tree or a plant. I am trying to find seeds of this plant but am unable to get it here.
Natti
Natti: The Bauhinia pictured is B. galpinii. It is a large sprawling shrub.
ReplyDeletealoha jim,
ReplyDeletewhat a beautiful garden collection you have, and your flowers are beautiful,i think your collection is so well laid out in your mosaic color layouts, the reds and oranges are striking in your garden!
Quite a collection of blooms as usual, some I am not familiar with at all. I guess I'll be doing some reading. I'm quite envious of your banana bloom. I'm still hoping to get one someday.
ReplyDeleteWow that is quite a collection of blooms. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteSo many beautiful colors! Gorgeous garden.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jim,
ReplyDeleteYou have so many varieties of flowers in your garden. Almost like a horticultural park. How big is it and how do you manage to maintain all this yourself.
Natti
Wow you must work very hard to have so many beautiful varieties. Thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteHi, Jim. I really like the way you displayed your blooms in color categories...like a rainbow! I'm also amazed that you have bananas. Mine have really been taking their time this year...they're finally reaching the 6' mark. This time last year, I had several banana boots on 12-15' stalks. They hate the cold, don't they? Mine are definitely rebelling against last winter.
ReplyDeleteWhat a variety of blooming plants you have. That cestrum is a real beauty that I must look for. I saw a few others I'm not familiar with and will be checking them out, too.
ReplyDeleteFabulous ... loved the collages. So many colours and great blooms in your garden right now. It must be a fabulous sight.
ReplyDeleteWow, I love your bloom day pictures. They're gorgeous
